Traditional French

We have it in round and short loaf. We call it Traditional as it has flour, water,pre-fermented dough,  yeast and salt. It has a soft crust as we do not bake it at a high temperature.  It does make a great french toast, bruchetta and garlic toasted bread.

Russian Wedding Bread

This is our Challah variation with Lemon and Cinnamon flavor. Great for "Breaking Bread" and sharing with the family and friends at your special event.

Potato Bread

Honey Wheat Bread

Same as the white bread, just 30% wheat flour added and sweetened with honey, no sugars added.

Augusta Sour Dough

This is our french bread that has been fermented for 24 hours under refrigeration and baked. It has a thicker crust and a chewier inside. It is a Wisconsin style sour dough and it will not tear your teeth out!
